One of the best things about running a business like ours is interacting with customers. While most of the time a self-storage customer might be in the middle of a house move and might be slightly stressed, we like to help out as much as we can by taking all the moving and storage stress out of it.
The last few months have been a very stressful time for everyone and throughout this time we have remained open. During the major lockdown we have had some customers that needed storage as they were in the middle of a house move and couldn’t move into their new house due to restrictions in place.
We have sold many boxes to customers who were finally decluttering their house now that they were spending so much time at home. We also had lots of customers taking small unit spaces to take some items of out their house to facilitate space for a home office.
While we agree this time has been a huge burden on us, we also loved the sense of community spirit around and that feeling that we were all looking out of one another.
During this period, we have had some wonderful google reviews and would like to thank the customers who took the time out to write something nice about our facility or simply rate our business.

I utilised the space at Limerick Self Storage when I was moving between offices recently. The premises in Limerick is very impressive and is kept clean bright and accessible at all times. The security is fantastic and you have no worries leaving your belongings yet ease of access is smooth each time you visit. Great experience dealing with Limerick Self Storage. The facility was conveniently located, easily accessible, clean and secure. The staff are friendly, genuine and extremely helpful. They were able to assist with receiving and shipping my stuff overseas, recommending movers to help me out (the lads were great), as well as take care of donating some of my remaining items to charity.
